Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

Changes by the Company

• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Equivalent alternatives or refunds will be offered where possible.

Customer Responsibility

• Travelers must carry valid identification, travel documents, and insurance.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and behavior during the tour.

• The company is not liable for injury, loss, or damage due to third parties, natural events, or customer negligence.

Health & Safety

• Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions.

• The company may refuse participation if safety could be compromised.
